Here you will find a list of regular activities, playgrounds, soft play areas and youth clubs, to name a few, that Guernsey has to offer. We also have details of The Gallery classes for adults and kids.

Regular Activities

 

The Island Bowl, Victoria Avenue, St Sampsons  – 710444

B-Creative Street Dance Classes

Being held at St Martin's Community Centre, Monday evenings:

6.00 - 6.45pm - age 7 - 11

7.00 - 7.45pm - age 12 - 15

(Cost £5.00 per class)

16 + adult Street Dance classes available too, Mondays from 8 - 9pm (cost £5.00)

Zumba Classes at The Hockey Club on Tuesdays 6 - 7pm, Thursdays 6 - 7pm & 7 - 8pm (cost £5.00)

How to help your baby communicate BEFORE speech.  It's easy!

Learn the fun way!

Traditional and Original Songs / Nursery Rhymes / Puppets & Props / Instruments

(for 6 - 18 months) also available classes for walking babies to 3 years covering phonetic alphabet, speech sounds, colours and more.

Cost is £46 for a 10 week term

Beginner Classes held on Mon 3.30-4.30pm, Tue 9.30-10.30am, Sat 9.30-10.30am

Improver classes held Tue 10.35-11.35am, Thurs 3.30-4.30pm and Sat 10.35-11.35am

SOFT PLAY AREAS 

Jungle House, Oatlands – 241643

Open 7 days a week. Inside soft play areas where children need to be supervised is suitable for up to 7/8 year olds. There is also an outside play area with Trampolines, a race track with coin operated cars and other activities.

Le Friquet Garden Centre - 259220

Newly designed and built, this 'more than' Garden Centre has a dedicated soft play area for children under 5 years of age.  Comfy chairs so you can relax and have a drink or snack while you watch them play.  

Fun Factory, Longfrie Inn, Rue de Longfrie, St Peters - 263107

Recently refurbished, open 12 to 9pm everyday. Suitable for 2-10 year olds

 

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES

Playgrounds

Cambridge Park
Located in St Peter Port, this park has a lovely secure playground for under 5s at this park and of course it is walking distance back to Beau Sejour leisure centre. There is also another secure play area for older children. You can park at Beau Sejour or in the car park or parking areas around the back of the park in L'Hyvreuse Avenue.

Delancey Park
This park near St Sampsons has a playground suitable for young children and also boasts roller skating and BMX ramps for older children.
 

Les Amarreurs
A great park as it is very close to the beaches at Ladies Bay and Les Amarreurs.

Saumarez Park
As you would expect from the main park on the Island this has a large secure play area with safety surface. There is a good selection of varied equipment for all ages, including a zip line!!! There is of course also the main park, duck pond and a great child-friendly café.

 

Sports Clubs and Activities

The Guernsey Rugby Club Academy run mini rugby sessions on Sunday mornings for boys and girls.  Click here for more information.
